Pastor Daryl L. Poe

PHASE 2 BEGINS WEDNESDAY MAY 27 2020

Dear Church,

Enclosed is The Phased Restart of Our Public Gathering as Monterey Baptist Church. This plan was developed in consultation with your Church Leadership Team.

Each member is a vital part of our church and your safety was of the utmost importance in the development of our plan. Please be mindful that your support is absolutely essential in restarting our public gathering in a Safe and Efficient manner.

We have tried to cover the major issues; however, we recognize that a certain level of flexibility is needed in order to respond to unforeseen incidents. We simply ask that everyone remain patient and cooperative as we move forward.

Although I know most of our members are anxious to “get back to normal”, it is imperative that we exercise due caution and safe practices in an orderly fashion.

You will note the plan is in 3 Phases.  These Phases are not yet assigned a specific start date. We will progress in accordance with the public health and government advisories from the State of Ohio.

1.      Sunday Morning Worship Service Only beginning May 3, 2020 at 11:00 am.

2.      Add Wednesday Night Service

3.      Add Sunday School and Children Worship

The pastor will notify the church by the One Call Phone System, the church Website and through social media when Phase 1 will begin.  Thank you for your valued assistance and support.

In Christian love,

Pastor Daryl
